News:Blinds For Ships And Boats
Sola-Cure is increasing its production capacity in 2019. We have increased our UK facility by more than twice its size. This means we will also be producing blinds here in Manchester. Since we started making marine boat blinds back in 2010, our production has been from our factory in Shanghai. From there we have supplied our anti-glare blinds to customers all over the world.
From the UK we will be able to make urgent European deliveries even quicker. On average, we deliver in 2-3 weeks, anywhere in the world. We know though that sometimes, our clients need their wheelhouse and blackout blinds even faster. We are proud to have never missed an urgent delivery. However, this allows us to reduce the lead time to Europe in one area we cannot control, shipping.
The UK site includes a clean room for cutting blind material and assembling our marine window blinds. Two large cutting tables and a test area form part of the new clean room. In addition, Sola-Cure will have its own cutting room and a large stock of aluminium extrusions. The final part of our expansion is a new packaging and dispatch area. We are very excited as we continue to grow the Sola-Cure brand around the world.
Sola-Cure Launches It’s New ‘Serene’ Blackout Range
We have launched a new range in blackout fabrics. Clients can now choose from a selection of 48 colours. Sola-Cure already has an impressive list of ferry and cruise operators on its client list. However, the new Serene collection means that we can offer a better match to existing fabrics and furniture on board. The material meets IMO fire regulations and has an anti-mildew coating. It is easy to clean and ideal for public areas and bedrooms on board passenger vessels.
We invite designers and buyers to request a sample brochure. Our 4 side A4 brochure carries a colour sample of every one of the 48 blackout blind options for ship windows. Please email us at email@example.com and we shall be pleased to organise it for you.
A New Fabric Anti-Glare Marine Blind From Sola-Cure
Fabric anti-glare blinds are now available from Sola-Cure. We are best known as makers of blinds for beating the problem of glare in the wheelhouse and bridge. During this time, we noticed a demand for a see-through fabric blinds that also protects against glare. These windows are often port and starboard and in public areas such as restaurants, gymnasiums and bars.
Our policy is to always remain the most competitive supplier in the market. More important, we have a high-quality product, and this remains true. Wie have so many returning customers that are shipyards and interior fit-out companies. As such, we expect our new sunscreen marine blinds to be a major success.
